1. About these terms

Welcome to Merry Express. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any purchase of our products. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our products

We sell the Merry Express train-shaped aroma diffuser and humidifier, sold gift-boxed with fragrance oils as described on each product page. We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product details, availability, and prices may change at any time without notice; we are not liable if a product is unavailable.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it — and our contract with you begins — when we email your shipping confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an order (for example, an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error), we will cancel it and refund any payment in full.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply in your region. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

5. Shipping

Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 and is free on orders over $50. Orders placed by December 15 ship within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically 3–5 business days after that within the US. 6. Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for a full refund, whether or not the product has been opened. See our Shipping & Returns page for the complete policy and how to start a return.

7. Use of the products

Our diffusers are intended for indoor use with water and fragrance oil as described in the included instructions. Use only as directed; keep away from small children and pets, and do not immerse the electrical base in water. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse.

8. Accounts and conduct

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to breach security, no fraudulent orders, and no use of the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Merry Express name, logo, site design, photography, and copy are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
