Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: a flat $9.95 per order
• Free standard shipping on orders over $50
• Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout with their prices

Delivery times

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed, and standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the US once shipped. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop. Delivery estimates exclude carrier delays beyond our control, such as severe weather.

Christmas deadline

To receive your gift train before December 25, place your order by December 15. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it — choose expedited shipping at checkout if you're cutting it close.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Ordering from elsewhere? Reach out and we'll see what we can arrange. Any customs duties or import taxes on international shipments are the recipient's responsibility.

Gift orders

Every Merry Express arrives gift-boxed, ready to put under the tree. You can ship directly to the recipient and add a gift note at checkout — no prices appear on the packing slip.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your diffuser for a full refund — opened or not, as long as all included parts come back. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll email you instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving back to us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your gift train arrived damaged, or something is missing or wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo if you can. We will replace it or refund you in full — and we'll cover the return shipping; you should never pay for our mistake.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change an address or cancel before your parcel ships? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Once an order is with the carrier, it can no longer be changed, but you can always use the 30-day return window instead.
