When will my Merry Express arrive before Christmas?+

Orders placed by December 15 ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the US and Canada, so orders placed on time arrive with room to spare. Tracking is emailed as soon as your gift train leaves the workshop.

How much is shipping?+

Standard shipping is a flat $9.95, and shipping is free on orders over $50. Expedited options are offered at checkout if you're cutting it close to the holidays.

What is your return policy?+

You have 30 days from delivery to return your diffuser for a full refund — opened or not. If it arrived damaged or something isn't right, email us and we'll replace it or refund you, no return shipping to pay.

How does checkout work?+

Checkout runs securely through Shopify. Add your gift train to the cart, then check out with all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Your payment details are handled by Shopify — we never see your card number.

Can I ship directly to the gift recipient?+

Absolutely. Enter their address at checkout and your name for a gift note if you'd like — no prices appear on the packing slip. Every order arrives in the hand-tied gift box, ready to put under the tree.
